You need to read their guidelines on their forums more closely.
What I see in your screenshots is that you have downloaded the non-VC version of that plane. You must download the VC version.

yeah you need to download the VC model for it and the textures as well. there are a lot of separate downloads for it

Things need to make VC show
- VC model
- VC textures (DXT textures are less resource heavy)
- VC panel configuration

Also don't forget to update your model

or you could just out the default boeing 737-800 panel in you plane, thats what i did

yes I put in the DEFAULT 737-800 panel folder in my plane but still no Virtual Cockpit. what was your trick?

No you can't. The Posky 777 is a FS9 model, so you cannot use the VC from another plane.
ual902, you MUST return on the Posky website and ensure you download the 777 model that contains a VC (it has ...VC... in its name). You have downloaded a model that had no VC. You have installed correctly of course, but you have simply downloaded the wrong model.

I have the same plane, and I got the VC working, but the gauges do not work in the VC. They work fine in the 2D cockpit, but not in the VC. My panel.cfg file is completely different from the one displayed in the help thread, and using the exact cfg file in the thread gives me an artificial horizon gauge, but nothing else.
