Is it normal for the ability to roll in an F-5 Tiger to start to diminish around 580 kias and go away completely at about 600-620 kias? The pitch seems to work just fine at any speed but for some reason above kias it won't roll at all. Other a/c work at these speeds, even an F-104 which has even less wing.
