You need to modify the alpha channel of the glass textures with a freeware tool called DXTBMP. This is a fairly common problem with
some FS9 aircraft being used in FSX.

Load that texture into DXTBMP and from the menu at the top choose create new alpha channel and select the color of the glass texture as the alpha channel.
Then export that alpha channel. Next choose import alpha and select the one you just created.
Next apply the alpha channel and then save the texture file as a DXT3.bmp format.
That should fix the problem.
