can anyone tell me how to put an icon on your desktop after you have uninstalled flight sim x and then reinstalled it? i have to go into desktop computer programs, in the flight sim folder itself to open the game. i have tried to copy the fx icon in the folder, but it wont open the game. help. its a real pain.

Right click>Create shortcut. Send that to desktop.

Make shure you create a shortcut for the "FSX.exe"
