B747_400 Wing Texture Problem

Any clues? Tried repairing and messing with the CFG. Nothing. I can post the cfg if needed. Happens with all paints except the default white paint :-/ Just a random happening?? Didn't do anything...

Did you try copying the wing texture from the default white into the repaint texture folder? Just a thought, I know this happens when a texture format is incompatible with FSX so they may have used a bad texture for the wings.

I cant tell what your asking but the dorrs look odd as well, I had this problem while repainting the CRJ700 copy and paste the default B747_400_2_T (the 2nd t file is the wings and doors)

The wing is solid black.
Happens when the texture does not load due to incompatibility or wrong format.

Dunno what happened but when I say a pile of dds textures in the texture.1 folder it didn't seem right so I tried copying all dds textures from texture.1 to Texture, not overwriting the old, and that seemed to fix it. Just some textures that were misplaced I suppose? :-?

I guess my older repaints dont have spec or bump files and that makes them incompatable with SP2 so idk but if the wing was black and the doors the second t file was corrupted
