Rewrites the *aircraft.cfg*?  Which aircraft and what does it re-write in the aircraft.cfg?

Commercial ones. Probably nothing but the folder change to the new modified date I fly.

Strange.  If it's not actually changing anything (and I don't see why or how anything would change the aircraft.cfg) I wouldn't worry about it.  If nothing else, check the "read only" in the "properties", and see if that changes anything.

Hi Folks

AniSkywalker -
FSX, and previous versions,
will attempt to correct faulty/partial aircraft.cfg files
by appending required missing entries
incorporating data from the .air file, etc.

If it's happening on the same aircraft
every time you fly it
either
there's something wrong with the aircraft.cfg
or
it's recording settings changes you make.
