I think it's just a mix of FSX Deluxe and Acceleration

It's a combo pack consisting of FSX Deluxe along with Acceleration.

I was mad when I saw this at bestbuy. Its a better deal but so late to sell it now

Not really...
FSXI wont be relesed for a least another year so FSX still has much life left in it.

I think he means that he recently bought FSX full price and then he say this package and is now disappointed because he could have saved some money
