3rd party panels are panels made for spicific aircraft by anybody ethier than the person who made the aircraft in the first place

if you try a IFR from Heathrow to JFK, it will take around 15 mins on 16x, but you will be doing your own navigationg cos if you dont slow the simluation you'll miss your heading changes and and the ATCs will excommunicate you and cancel your IFR  ;D

Firstly can I ask what type of plane are you trying to fly? Small GA? Large passenger bus?

To answer your 2nd question I'll use the default Cessna 172, to trim the 172 for take-off is as simple as ligning up the indicator arrow on the trim gauge with the point marked 'T O' (Flaps up for a normal take-off). see below:

4- is it possible that by speeding the simulation rate during a long flight may f*** the approach. (maybe it can mess up the maths that the FSX ATC has to make... , if it does hehuehueheuhue)

If you rediculously speed the sim rate up, realism goes out the window, so why care if the approach isn't perfect...?

Ground speed * 6 = a good FPS descent rate to go by

hey TSC thanks for the image.
I usually fly airliners like 737 and 777... i cant find anyhing that i can liging to ensure a safe trim position for takeoff in the 737s or 777s panel.
I usually make a normal takeoff.. but i was wondering which one is the most recommended or reallistc position.

I never touch the trim on my 737, usually I just set the flaps to 5, throttle up to n1 (60%), then throttle up the rest of the way, and then pull back 8-degrees on the stick till I'm on a positive ascent and then retract landing gear followed by flaps at 1,000ft.
