Adding an ILS in FSX

Hi all, since there is no afcad for fsx, I'm trying to add an ILS to an airport using ADE. I open the airport, right click the end of the runway and click add ILS. Which then appears as a green arrow. I'm not sure what i should to next. I've tried clicking file/save. and file save as. I do this and it says airport has been saved. but when i close ADE down, and then reload it the ILS has gone...........
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanx.
Stephen.
P.S. I have now got it to show up when i reopen ADE, but it doesn't show up in the game itself.

where are you saving the file?

It needs to be in the FSX scenery folder however i cant remember off the top of my head which one.

P.S. I see you spell Stephen the correct way as well  ;)

Hiya, yep stePHen. lol,
Well, the file is saved with an "ADE" extension i think. I don't know if it has to be converted into a bgl file or what. Im very new to ADE.
OH!!!!!!!! It was so easy with AFCAD........
