texture folder in effects

Hey, I just donwloaded the Stearman Package from the FSX vintage section. When I opened the zip-folder I noticed a texture folder in the effects. Where am I supposed to put this folder (or it's contain) since I've never seen an effects folder containing anything else than effect-files...

The default \Effects\ folder does have a ..\texture\ sub folder. Many effects call a .bmp and this is where they're located.
Custom effects often call on a default bmp so no .bmp is required in the download. Others may install their own bmp or a modified default bmp. If it is a modified default bmp (will ask to overwrite) you may want to backup the original first.

So just copy the content of the texture folder to the default one (and backup if needed)!?

Do not overwrite orginal textureswithout backup, as you said before
