I don't have the FSX Deluxe ver. therefore

Never unzip a file directly into the FS directory. Unzip it to a temporary folder, and install it like anyother addon aircraft

Additionnaly, keep in mind that in FSX, the aircrafts are no more located in the \aircraft folder, but in \simobjects\airplanes.

And don't forget to add a "thumbnail.jpg" to the texture folder!

Installing FS9 Maule in FSX
