Most of Europe seems to be "desert" haha

I downloaded Adam Mills' European Ground Textures. Now what? How do I install them?

That video is for aircraft textures.

I read the "readme" file and I thought I did it correctly. However, I still see massive "desert" areas, especially in Italy.

Can someone tell me exactly how to add them?
