How do I find out what my frame rates are?

I wanna run the game smoother and my settings are fine they arnt more than the default but how to do I find out what my frames are?

Its mostly on my replays that make it skippy that I wanna hopefully fix because my youtube videos are a bit laggy..

Go to settings and where it says SAVE click the option next to it called Customize in ONE of the tabs it has a Target FPS slider
