Yes, i know Any FS has no VTOL, but this question has been burning me for a while now: Why not? If X-plane can, why not FS?

There's a pretty good Harrier here on SimV.

And choppers do VTOL pretty well :P

What i mean is 0kias take off, 0kias landing. And not some glitchy, hovering thing when you actually do hit zero. (by glitchy, i mean yuo fluxuate between altitudes very fast)

there is a harrier in the FSM miliatary and it has exactly what you want.

Flight simulator cannot reproduce VTOL or any kind of variable thrust vectoring (like F-22 ou Su-35) because of the way the flight model is computed.

However, some guy from the SimOuthouse forum (I never remember his exact name

Rob Barendregt's Moller SkyCar can do VTOL via a control gauge, but it's only for FS9 at the moment. The FSX version is due in September.
