When im online, sometimes when i change planes, it will revert me to the plane i had previously. Why does it do that? Its irritating as hell.

No, not you, not especially.
FS hates everybody. It's MS.
Every litlle unnoticeable registry failure can mix FS up.
That's why NN advised a clean install.
After loosing a FSX install, a lost XP install and so on I recommend a clean OS and FSX install.
