Eight now i have FSX alone standard version. If i get Accelration would that count as getting SP2? Also if i get SP2 would it count as gettign SP1?

Acceleration includes SP1 & SP2.

If you do not have Acceleration you should install SP1, then SP2.

Use this guide to install things in the right order.

With Acc

i'm planning on getting Acc. So do i need a previous SP installed?

No, there are only 2 service packs as per what was stated before. Acceleration will install them both if they are not already installed. SP1 and SP2. OK
