i was wondering if it would work adding a enhanced scenery from FS9 to FSX? example would be say the Randolph AFB found here...http://www.simviation.com/fs2004scenery92.htm

i have alot of add-on sceneries on my FS9 that i would like to add to FSX if possible.

You have to try yourself.
A lot of FS9 sceneries work just perfect in FSX, but also a lot of them will have problems with textures etc... depends on the scenery.
