Hi everyone.  I'm new to flight sim (got Flight Sim X Deluxe about a month ago)  enjoyed the missions, now onto free flight.  
I've seen a few videos on youtube of long haul flights done in free flight with the cabin crew, pilot and co-pilot all talking put this does'nt happen for me.  I would very much like the effects as it adds to the whole experience.  Does anyone know how to turn them on, I'm lost.   Thankyou all in advance.    :)

No such effect by default. The youtube video either had an add-on effect or the sounds may have been dubbed in.

There is an add-on gauge for FS2004 that can be added to any panel to provide ambient sound effects and crew voices. It works fine in FSX.

oh. well thats a shame.  thanks for the reply.  but i'm afraid to say that the link doesnt work.

I have that effect on my FS but its got like takeoff, taxi, turbulence, meal, movie, all sorts of that stuff if you know what im talking about.
The only bad part is I dont remember the link  :-/
