Spot Plane View

Hey All-

Built a new computer and finally decided to upgrade from FS2004 to FSX... I'm amazed!!!

I like to fly in spot plane view, and on older versions you could have the position fixed and change the transition rate... In FSX, you can lock spot plane view, but it doesn't act like previous versions... Is this something I just need to get used to, or is there something I'm missing?

So far, 3 hours of flying it so far... That's my only complaint!

Thanks for your help!

Donivan

Also if you fly two flights and lets say the first you used spot view then the next flight its like a fishtail view (I think thats what they call it) and I had the problem of fixing it (It looks like its zoomed in more)..
If you have that problem press
CTRL + SPACEBAR

Dont crash ;D... :-X

While in spot view, press A to cycle through the view modes. You'll get first the "transition" view, then the "fixed" view, then the sattelite view etc...
