Acceleration creates vertical graphic aborations

I have two high-performance computers which are both running Acceleration, and both have the same problem. With MSFS X and SP1 installed, each is capable of 60fps and smooth-as-butter graphics when I do Extra 300 aerobatics over Friday Harbor. With Acceleration installed I had two problems: stutters when rolling the planes and vertical lines which are particularly noticeable in the propeller area, running from the bottom of my monitor to the top of the monitor. Both machines use Nvidia graphics cards, and this could be a clue. When Acceleration was uninstalled on one machine, stutters and vertical graphic waves disappeared.
Yesterday I uninstalled both Acceleration and MSFS X and did a complete reinstall on one of the computers, allowing Acceleration to take care of the SP1 and SP2 upgrades. The stuttering during rolls disappeared, but the vertical lines and vertical waves, running from bottom to top of monitor persist. Any suggestion for getting rid of this phenomenon? I've tried all combinations of filtering and AA.
Recently reinstalled computer:
MSFS X and Acceleration, fresh install
Windows XP
Abit IP35 with E8500
Nvidia 8800GTS 640
2MB DDR2
1920x1200res monitor
Other computer:
MSFS X and Acceleration, installed with SP1 in between
Windows Vista SP1
Asus P5B Premium with Q9450
Nvidia 8800GTX
2MB DDR2
2560x1600 res monitor
I am a frame rate junkie who lusts for the flight modeling of the Acceleration Extra 300 but wants the smoothness of MSFS X without the Acceleration graphic abnormalities. If you find a solution let me know your name so that I can write you into my will.
Thx!
