Excessive pitch when landing on carriers...

Whenever I touch down, no matter how well I do it, the Hornet will pitch down A LOT as soon as catching the cable, because of the very sudden stop...

But it's unrealistic, and will often detect as a crash...

Any fixes?

It depends on how you are acting upon touchdown.
The Hornet will not dive that much if you touch the deck with the correct angle, correct speed, and engine power 100%.

You have to touch the deck almost horizontally, to make a three points landing, not like a normal runway where the main gear would touch first. If, on the carrier, you land in such a way that the main gear touches before the front gear, then your nose will dive quite violently.

I am so sorry, I posted my FSWC update in this thread.  I'm really getting a bit mindless these days :P.  Must be the lack of sleep :-[ :-/.
