If this is the integrated Intel onboard video chip.. its probably not going to work with FSX. The shader and DX on that is a software 'hack' not hardware render so if this is the onboard Intel graphics chip there is not a lot I can do to help.

My computer uses an AGP slot so the most I can upgrade to is a Geforce 7800 Overclocked (I can get 1 of the 8000 but im sure with a AGP hook up it would cost more)

what exactly is the nHancer and where can I get it?

The 8000 series is PCIE.

Welcome to the world of hardware upgrades, it is as Nick describes, hardware, hardware and hardware.  If you upgrade the card is the Mobo up to it, and always with FSX you are bound by your CPU - fast everything and slow CPU you are still in chains..
