Im making this, when in one of my views inside FSX when suddenly it shows like this

This is typically caused by a texture missing from the aircraft. If the aircraft displays this way and does not return to normal in FSX you will probably find there is a texture call which has no associated texture in the texture folder.

If it fixes itself and only lasts a few seconds its usually a slower system issue

NO Nick, Is the second thing you said ,I had PaintShopPro  and Photoshop, Loaded with multiple huge images ,Its a memory stuff ,It fix alone and very fast ,I was lucky I could hit "Impr Pant Pet sis" in time ,

then it would be item #2... you were just running a bit slower with all the apps running  ;D
