FSX Tweaking Questions For an old FS9 Aircraft

I've been going through some of my older FS9 aircraft and seeing which ones can be salvaged, and tweaked for FSX.
This morning, I took a look at my old favorite Cessna 195 addon package, filename: "shakey_jake.zip"
The exterior looks good, the prop isn't too bad, and the windshield is ok.
New gauges need to be installed, but that won't be too difficult
But when I turn the lights on, the panel background texture dissapears. Anyone know of a solution?
