Just change the season to "winter" and find a small airport in Alaska or Canada.  Or Siberia.

Did you try the Denali mission ? It provides exactely what you are looking for

Is that the one where you save the skiiers or something..?

I got an idea. Change the Season to Winter and go for the Rockies or start in the Yukon and look for Mount Logan

What airport do you want me to leave from..?
