chernobyl npp scenery = FUBAR

hey guys, i got a quick q, I'm trying to get a screenie of the chernobyl NPP scenery but this is what i'm getting in that area: Image
and yes this is sp2 with dx9: anyone got any ideas on how to fix it?

Looks like the Vogon Constructor Fleet (Minus the texture)!   :D

Works fine for me...do you have any other scenery installed for Eastern Europe? Make sure your NPP scenery is set to a priority of 1 in the scenery library.  ;)

P.S: Your video card seems suspect - I have heard of lots of people having rendering issues with the 8XXX series of cards.

Your shots are quite a ways (48550m) SSE from the NPP (N51* 23.52' E30* 6.09'). I don't see anything in the ChNPP_Zone scenery or default that would account for those shapes.

To me, those objects almost look like they could be improperly rendered cumulus clouds??? Try clear weather and see what you get.

Look like this to me, too: it has a almost circle range (as seen in the inscreen pic) I think depending on the range that the clouds are displayed, and the objects are extremly huge; they don't look as they should be buildings.

If you can fly through those objects with crash-det. on they're not buildings  :-/

thanks for the info guys, especially about my coordinates being off... gotta see if i can relocate based on gps now....
also... gotta see if i can fix this rendering issue.... god i hate things like this....

*edit: same thing is still happening with clear skys.... I'm really starting to get pissed off.... especially with it constantly giving me fatal errors on top of it....

I can see what you're going for with this screenshot. Once you get the scenery working I'd love to see it!

i got it fixed, turns out it was the thermals scenery malfunctioning.....
