Doors?

I just bought the PMDG 747-400X (Quite worth every pennny i would say) but i am having trouble opening the doors. can anyone help?

yes, i have, but i think i have to have a certain configuration of the plane, but i don't know which. like i have to haev so many engines on and bus connecetors or something.

lol, yes, but the exterior doors do not haev a key command. the manual says to set a key combo for each door in the "Key Commands" menu, but when i go to open said menu, it doesn't open. is there a back-door to edit the commands?
