I have a Hp Elite 9150f computer and I just cant seem to get dual monitors to work right with FSX. When I run FSX in windowed mode I stretch it out accrossed my two monitors. What happens is the FSX window does stretch accrossed both but the scenery and cockpit do not. If I hit "A" while in flight from cockpit view, the insturments, and cockpit stretch both screens, but the scenery does not. I dont understand why. Any help or insight would be greatly appriciated. Here is my full setup:

Box: Hp Elite 9150f
Operating system: Vista
Processor: Intel core 2 Quad Q6600
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 8500GT
Monitors: Dual 24'' Westinghouse High def.

Note: The graphics card only has one DVI out and one HDMI out. So to run both monitors I have one plugged in DVI and the other HDMI.

Try running FSX in VC and Full Screen mode and see if you can get that across the two screens.  Certainly that's the only way that Motrox TH2G operates.

Full screen mode wont stretch accrossed both for some reason, the only way I cant get it to do that is if I stretch it in windowed mode.  What do you mean by "VC"? Thanks for your reply.

VC is virtual cockpit - it is one of the choices, modes, that you make from the View menu along the menu bar.  It is sometimes known as the 3D cockpit. I'm one of those who prefers it, many others prefer the flat 2D panel  However in some multiscreen modes you don't have any choice - it's the only one that works.

In Full Screen you need to press Alt on your keyboard to bring the menu up along the top.  Then find the Heading and use the drop down menu.

So you have to choose two things, Full Screen and then Virtual Cockpit, see how that goes.

If you've forgotten how, go into the Help menu within FSX and learn how to do it.

If it works we can tell you how to set it up so that it always opens in Full Screen and VC.
