Download Trouble???

I am a newb here. I'm a member, but I'm still having problems downloading aircraft. Sometimes I will get as far as clicking to open the file upon download completion and then nothing. I know this might sond dumb as it is probably a very easy fix on my part. I appreciate any help I can get. I am running on vista downloading from an unsecured wireless network, if that means anything. I have had 3 successful downloads out of about 10-12 attempts. Thanks again.

What browser you have?

"Open file upon download completion"?  I don't know about that.  Try downloading to a "download" folder, then estracting it "manually" (Right click, then select "extract all".) from there.

Even if your "Open file upon download completion" extracts the zipped download, I would have thought you'd have to still manually install the files in the sim.
