AFTS and simfly.eu
Posted: Mon May 05, 2008 11:08 amI've been flying using AFTS for a while and I thought I'd share it with you. It is a really nice system that has lots of nice features (and they're constantly adding new ones):
- Logs your flight time and other flight information.
- Lets you be part of a Virtual Airlines or even create your own.
- VAs transport passengers according to schedules. They then get payed for the flights tickets and billed for fuel consumption and taxes.
- VA pilots get payed for the VA flights they fly.
- Let's you see (and even embed in your website) a live world map with all the active flights or just your VA's flights.
- Passengers move around the world as VAs fly them from one airport to the other.
- VA directors can use marketing tools to have more passengers at a specific airport wanting to fly a certain route.
