nHancer install failure

New XP install and I installed the latest Beta nHancer. It gave me strange errors on load so I uninstalled, then went through the Registry deleting any reference to nHancer and then installed Ver 2.3.2 but I still get the same errors which look like this:

Error during the execution of nHancer: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Source: nHancer
Stack:   at nHancer.nHancerMain.FindMatcingProfiles(AppDefinition appDef)  at nHancer.hHancerMain.LoadProfiles()  at hHancer.UI.MainWnd.LoadForm(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Please make sure that you have rebooted your macine after installing a new driver! If this error persists, you should try to reinstall the latest Forceware driver.

I then installed the latest Forceware driver which did not help. The system is an Athlon X2 3800 running on XP Home.

Any ideas appreciated.  :)

Never seen this before.. I suggest the nhancer support forums

I assume you installed nET Framework???

If not, that would be the reason for that error

Yes .... did install NetFramework 2.0 and have posted and received a reply in the nHancer forum. It seems to a failed install of the Beta version requiring some manual deletions before I installed an earlier stable version ..... up and running now ....  thanks for all the replies ...  :)
