All of the sudden the sun dissapeared in my sim, I have X graphics, Active sky X, UTX, and GEXn, should I just pop in my fsx disc and repair my install or will that screw up all my addons. Any help is most appreciated.

Addons shouldnt be affected by a repair (been there...), just make sure you have a backup somewhere safe. Also recommend finding Nick's Sun Effect for FSX, as it makes a huge difference for the better. I don't have a working link to it but should be easy to find via Google.
