Loss of animations/functions in FSX, props only

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. I uninstalled Accelleration, and since then on all prop planes the nav lights won't go on or off, my undercarriage will not extend or retract and my flaps etc will not move. It's not just the animations either - even with full flaps selected the plane's behaviour does not change. However, the directional controls all work, and animate okay.

Strange thing is, this only affects prop planes. So to retract the wheels on my Baron I have to change to a jet after take off, then revert back to the original plane. If I forget flaps, I end up landing using the parking brake. Not good.

Is there anything I can do to get my props working normally again??

This is a complete shot in the dark.. Everything you mentioned (gear, flaps, lights) are electrical.

Is there a chance that your last flight was saved with the battery, and/or alternator switched off ? The engines (prop or jet) will run without the battery switched on.

I know that this condition would also leave the avionics dead, but it's all I can think of..  Or maybe some sort of failure got set..  check those too..

All the above sounds about right.  I suggest going through the aircraft until you find one that can be readily adjusted.  Set the engine running, lights off, flaps closed etc then swap from the file menu to one of the faulty prop planes, which should then be ok.  Exit FSX and immediately restart it, hopefully all is back to normal.  A shot in the dark but may just work.  Also look at the settings as Alrot mentions, because Acceleration changes them.
