Hi,

I have purchased the O&O bundle as per Nicks post but the good folks at the Commerce Co. have only given download links for V10 - 32 & 64bit.  I have emailed them and O&O but  don't expect to hear anything until after the Easter break.

I have searched the web and can find downloads for the 32bit version but not the Vista 64bit which my new machine has come installed with.  Yuk, I know.

Can anyone supply me with a download link for the V8.6 64bit exe?

I ca not locate my copy or the installer or I would post it.

I am going to have to get a replacement as well if I can not locate mine... see if O&O will send you a DL link and in the mean time I will see if I can find mine or another source

It's annoying because the links that I have downloaded from imply that the OODefrag86ProfessionalEnu.exe is compatible with Vista64.  Of course when I run it all I get is the error window - 'This software is not supported on 64bit systems'.

I had a similar problem last night when I purchased the O&O Bundle for XP 32 bit.  I only got a donwload link for the V10 english version, which I already had - I wanted 8.5 or 8.6.

However, they provided license keys for both 10 and 8.x, and since I had download a version of 8.5 in January, I was able to install and register that.

I have Vista 64bit so I need V8.6.

I googled the filename and found it.  Thx anyway.

Any further on your Vista FSX tweak guide Nick?  I used your XP guide and achieved great results with my P4 3.2, X800, 2GB RAM.

How close can the XP guide be followed for Vista 64 users?
