Hi guys

how do you use the tailhook in the F-18 from KBT and the F-14?
And why are the virtual cockpits of The KBT F-18 And kirk olson

Those models are old FS9 aircraft, and thus are not compatible with FSX/SP2. As for the tailhook, go into your key assignments and assign a key for the tailhook command if there isn't one already assigned
