Memory error?

Postby Wii » Tue Mar 04, 2008 7:09 pm

Ok well I have gotten this error (on 2 computers mind you) and it says that I do not have enough memory to run fsx. I have plenty of mem. I have 3gbs of ram a 320gb HD and an 8800GT 512mb. Any clues why I get this or should I should push the sliders down?

Have you checked your bios to make sure that your memory shows up?
This cards are very easy not to get pushed all the way down it may look like it is in but the system will not see it. By checking the bios that will let you know what is in each slot and if it is active. And as for the sliders it would not cause a memory problem just a video problem. 8-)

Fixed it by simply running as admin. But I will check the bios.
