Visual Aid?

Can anyone tell me how to turn on the nav aid (gold hoops, rectangles, etc?) in FSX? The on-line Learning Center says it's turned on in the "Aircraft" menu but I'm not sure what menu they mean. I checked the one under "Settings" and it's not in there...

I dont have that top menu on my screen when FS is running. How do I turn it on and off? (I'm guessing I CAN turn the top menu line on/off, no?)

Ahhhhhhh! OK, thanks. I've been out of MSFS for many years and decided to get back into it again when I bought Falcon 4.0 but realized I needed to brush up on the nav gear apects again to get around the different war zones and find my way back home again. I recently bought FSX and found things sure have changed in 15-20 years!
