Theres is a Vista tweak in the following site that you can set the CPU for highpriority mode for an application. Is it good to set for FSX?

NO

Leave it alone

The only thing you may wish to learn about with multicore processors is the use of AFFINITY

Affinity is the term used for setting a process to draw its CPU time off of one core or another, or all. Changing affinity so an add-on like Active Sky X uses, in example, Core3 instead of all 4 cores out of a quad can net positive results because you are removing the load from core0 where FSX places most of its load, to another core which frees core0 for FSX use only.
