To fix Iris F-14 throttle locking (this should work with any other aircraft, too):
Paste the following under [GeneralEngineData]:
afterburner_throttle_threshold = 0.00
throttle_threshold = 0.00

Paste the following under [TurbineEngineData]:
afterburner_throttle_threshold = 0.00
throttle_threshold = 0.00
