I have been at several airports and I don't see any jet ways comming out to the planes.  Is this because I have the airport traffic turned down low?  Thanks

It is my understanding that the traffic level has nothing to do with this.
Not all airports have jetways and you have to be on the correct spot in order to make the jet way move. You know the spot that looks like the letter T . You nose wheel tires have to be on each side of the staff and  behind the cross  8-)

Check the scenery complexity slider too. The lower the setting, the fewer buildings at places like airports... and at the lowest setting, you'll see nothing BUT the runways..
