The nearest airfield to Everest is Lukla.
Ur is an ancient Mesopotamian city and I can see no connection with Everest......

You can open the map view from anywhere in the world and enter the coordinates of where you want to go. Mt. Everest is N27

Sad to learn that Sir Edmund Hilary. who with Sherpa Tenzing Norgay was the first to conquer Everest has died. It was one of the heroic events of my boyhood.
And back to the topic. A turboprop is needed for that altitude.

And you won't get a jet into Lukla. Or if you can, get it out at that altitude. Default Caravan or King Air.

Lukla is a small high elevation airstrip and has a very short takeoff run, an unforgiving drop.
A small private jet might be adequate enough, but the real Lukla is used by small twin or sigle turbo props to transport climbers to the base point.
