Hey, i reccently saw a youtube vid of a super hornet intended for FS2004 but being used on FSX. Being a bigtime fan of the superbug i visited the site and tried to download it. However every time i did it waited a little and the the little box then said Internet Explorer cannot display the page. Wtf? This happens every time! Am i doing something wrong? Nope still no luck, its funny because it worked about a week ago but i had to cancel it while it was downloading.

Which browser are you using? I assume it's IE7.

Try clearing your temp internet files, that may help.

Not difficult. You said in your original post that you get an Internet Explorer error & IE7 is the current version.

Try Wingo's suggestion & delete your Temp Internet files & History from Tools/Internet Options.
