Shader model 1.1 & Acceleration

Trying to load the acceleration pack, but I get a message saying I need a video card supporting Shader Model 1.1 or higher. Im sure its cause of my pretty basic video card. My question is... what is a decent, yet inexpensive video card that will support this? Kinda strapped for cash, but I wanna get the Acceleration pack working!

Tried the search but nothing came up.

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

This should really be int he hardware forum, but I'll give you a quick idea anyway. A cheap one that you can run medium low settings on would be the 7600 series from nvidia. If you want a bit more power I would suggest the 7900 or 7950, but they do cost a bit more.
