Hi,

Reading through the Winter Special of PC Pilot I came across a couple of nice recommendations for FSX. One of them was a beautiful Socata tbm 700 which is a freeware item and is simply wonderful to look at. My problem with it is though is that I cannot get the b****y thing to start! I have tried all that they say in the manual, even the old CTRL E bit but it just whines on the starter. Has any else had this problem or any suggestions? I have even tried taking off in another aircraft and then switching to the tbm but the engine just won`t run? I think its a software issue but ? HELP!

Don't you have to pump the fuel first

hi Guys

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I have tried all that has been suggested but no joy. The option of CTRL E should automatically do everything and start the devil but it just won`t go.

If any of you want to try it PM me and I`ll let you know where you can get this lovely looking (but stationary) aircraft.

Colin

I know there is one case where Ctrl+E won't work, and that's when the fuel cut off is on. I tihnk there is a shortcut to turn it on, or check for the lever int he cockpit
