dx 10

how can i change from dx 10 back to dx9 i have herd talk of unchecking from one to the other but how please help

I can't say for certain, but if you have Vista and a DX10 card (e.g. nVidia 8000 series) then there should be a check box called "DX10 Preview" In the display tab of the custom settings. If you don't have that box, you can't use DX10 (like me)

thanx mr wingo im using a ati radeon 9800pro with 256 ram and xp pro so dx10 is not my problem i will have to keep on thinking all my add ons have dodgy props and cockpits(vc mode) since instaling acceleration

I don't think the Radeon 9800 series supports DX10 ;)

:D  As far as I can see, the only ATI cards that Dx10 ready are the HD series.  I know, I have an ATI Radeon PCI Express x 16, 512mb, 1950 pro
and it is not compatible.
