Does anyone else notice how "Stiff" the planes are to handle in FSX. I mean granted if you are flying a 747, then ok it shouldn't handle like a big heavy plane!!! I just tried to fly the f-18 mission UFO mission and the hornet handles like a flying 18 wheeler!!! LOL! Am I doing something wrong???

The F/A-18 stiff?!?! Please tell me how you do it! The slightest twitch on mine and it is in a 45 degree bank xD

I'ld say check your sensitivities, they may be a bit too low.
