Well, FS9 has finnaly crashed and crashed hard on me. Took out some of my payware as well. So, I have redecided to give FSX another go, but not before I do a little research. I already know I have a hard time from ground to about 2500 FT before the sim stabilizes. This is even at all low settings on a 3.4 Ghrz system with HT ,GeForce 6800 w/256 DDR2 and 2 gigs of DDR2 RAM. Ive gone to the microsoft site and seen the minimum requirments. Can anyone tell me where to review the reccomended settings for this sim?
I don't need the super computer fron 2001 Space Odyssey. I just want the max out for this sim to run smooth as silk specs. Any help in this matter to get me off the ground again would be most helpful. Sorry for bringing this up i'm sure again. I never really gave it much thought (FSX) because once I ran it on my system as is I knew I wasn't going to be happy with it. Now I am in the process of building a new computer via dell, but don't want to put a final build in until I get these specs. Thanks again guys!
