Use the World of Ai packages for easiest installation.

Besides Ai aircraft have to go in the same Simobjects\airplanes folder.

Famos Ai Aircraft producers are
Ai Aardvark,
Evolve Ai,
FSP,
The Fruit Stand,
...
and many others...

I use the default prop ai. Don't know of a GA package, VOZ has one for Australia.

thank you for you help fabian. was also wondering if this will work with FSX...Lee Swordy's "Traffic Tools" found here...http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities1.htm it says it is for 2002 and 2004 but was wondering if it will work for FSX. I downloaded some of the propeller AI's from htaimodels.com and in the read me's it says to make these work it needs this utilities.

Traffic Tools compiles the traffic file in FS9 format. If you are creating traffic files (using Traffic Tools) for FSX they should be compiled in the FSX format. I believe WoAI traffic files are also in FS9 format, and should be converted.

Peter van der Veen has created AIFPC ( AI Flight Plan Compiler/Decompiler) that will compile/decompile traffic.bgl files from/to Traffic Tools .txt source files in both FS9 and FSX format.

Peter van der Veen's AIFPC discussion forum at FSDeveloper.com.

Download AIFPC from FSDeveloper.com

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
