It looks like you have some registry issues. Have you made any manual changes to your registry. If so I suggest you use system restore to go back to a point before you changed anything.
You might want to restore any way whether you made any manual changes or not. It is obvious that some thing has happened. 8-)

Did you install to somewhere other than the default location?
