fps target on new system

[color=#000000]what sort of fps range will i get on my new system (over sea/built up cities etc.), with ultra high settings 1680x1050 Resolution on a 22" monitor, arriving next week cannot wait!! used to have fs2004, loved the multiplayer, any improvments changes in this on? also could anyone reccommend the best joystick for under
